Training Description

You will be learning via expert led live knowledge transfer training session to perform,

2. Execute data funnel.
3. Mine and extract data.
4. Create analytics dashboard using Google Business Intelligence and workspace. 

and providing actionable insights to improve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Preparation:

You will be learning to handle the following responsibilities.

• Sourcing Planning: Develop efficient strategies for attracting candidates through a variety of channels
• Resume Screening: Review and shortlist resumes to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
• Automating Interview Coordination: Usage of Ai and coding tools to Schedule and conduct phone and virtual interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Automating Interview Scheduling: Usage of Ai and coding tools to Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to arrange interview timings and logistics.
• HR Reporting: Assist in various HR-related tasks, including maintaining HR databases, updating Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and managing employee records.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team to ensure effective communication and support in all recruitment-related activities.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
  

Eligibility::

• Education: Currently pursing or completed graduation in human resource management or related field.
  
• Proficiency in data management and analysis tools: Such as Excel, SQL, or other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently: Manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
• Experience in the tech industry: Is an added advantage.

Requirements::

• Hardware: Working laptop with camera and mic.
• Location: A peaceful environment with minimal distractions to fully benefit from the training
• Language: English

Schedule and Timings:

Location is remote, training will be conducted on google meets.

• Training: 10 Am to 11:30 Am, knowledge transfer session
• Tea Break: 11:30 Am to 12:00 PM, for tea and cookies.
• Assessment: 12:00 Pm to 12:20 Pm, Question and Answer assessment.
• Training:  12:00 20 Pm to 02:00 Pm, Training continue..
• Lunch Break: 2:00 Pm to 02:45 Pm
• Assessment: 02:45 Pm to 03:00 Pm
• Certification Exam: 03:00 PM to 04:00 Pm ​

Cancellation and refund policy

The refund policy in case of withdrawal of nomination would work as follows:-

• A refund of 50% of the fee would be provided for cancellation requests received up to five working days before the training start date
• Participants who cancel in less than five working days, or there is no show on the training date are  liable to pay the full course fee and would not be entitled to refunds.

Cancellations must be made via emails only. However desirous participants can be accommodated in the future batches of program, without paying anything extra. It is requested that willingness to attend any future program should be communicated at the earliest convenience.
