Job Overview
The Financial Operations & ERP Instructor Mentor will provide specialized training and mentorship to Eduroids' students on a part-time basis, focusing on ERP systems and financial operations. This role includes delivering interactive sessions, designing curriculum materials, and mentoring students to build expertise in ERP platforms, financial process optimization, and enterprise resource planning strategies to prepare them for real-world financial and operational roles.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery:
- Conduct weekend training sessions covering financial operations, ERP system functionalities, and process optimization.
- Teach students about ERP systems like SAP, Oracle NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Curriculum Development:
- Develop and regularly update course materials to reflect the latest industry practices in ERP and financial operations.
- Design hands-on exercises, case studies, and simulations to enhance practical understanding.
Hands-On Learning:
- Provide real-world scenarios for ERP implementation, financial reporting, and operational workflows.
- Guide students in configuring and customizing ERP systems to meet business requirements.
Mentorship:
- Offer personalized guidance, addressing questions related to ERP functionalities, financial modules, and career paths in financial operations.
- Provide insights on ERP certifications, such as SAP FI/CO, Oracle ERP Cloud, or Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
Industry Alignment:
- Ensure training content aligns with current trends in ERP implementations, financial compliance, and operations management.
Assessment and Feedback:
- Evaluate student performance through practical assessments, ERP case studies, and project deliverables.
- Offer actionable feedback to help students master key concepts and techniques.
Knowledge Transfer:
- Share over 15 years of professional experience in financial operations and ERP systems implementation.
- Provide insights into overcoming challenges during ERP rollouts and operational transformations.
Key Measures
- Student Skill Development: Students demonstrate expertise in ERP systems and financial operations processes.
- Hands-On Expertise: Students successfully complete ERP configuration projects and process optimization exercises.
- Feedback Scores: Maintain high satisfaction ratings for training quality and mentorship effectiveness.
- Curriculum Relevance: Deliver up-to-date content that meets industry standards and employer expectations.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in financial operations, ERP implementation, or process optimization.
- Proven experience with ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience with Fortune 500 companies is highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in ERP systems, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Strong understanding of financial modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.
- Knowledge of financial compliance and operational workflows.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
